If you would like to make a deposit from a new Papara account, you would need to contact our Customer Service Team and provide them with a screenshot of your Papara account. In this screenshot, please ensure that the ‘Papara Account Number’ and the ‘Account Holder Name’ are both visible.
You can send the screenshot via e-mail with the subject "I want to add a new Papara account" to support@betroad.com.
Our support team will make the necessary adjustments for you to add your Papara Account and will guide you further by email.
